We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
In this role, you will provide our customers with the best possible service while actively supporting to company’s sales growth.
Previous experience of working in an manufacturing environment (ideally engineering) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and prioritising your workload, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving agreed sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Managing customer requirements such as forecasts, schedules, and stock levels (min/max), while maintaining system accuracy.
- Processing quotations and sales orders, reconciling order books, and gathering customer feedback on quotations.
- Providing reliable and proactive support to the Sales Manager.
- Participating in daily production and review meetings with department supervisors.

Experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally engineering) is preferred, and knowledge of using an MRP system is a distinct advantage.
