Our vibratory deburring machines ensure that all components are free of rough edges. A cost-effective option, our rumbling machines can process large volumes of parts quickly.
Bead Blasting

Bead blasting / Aqua blasting

Thousands of parts are blasted every year, giving a fine, uniform surface finish. The level of surface finish required will determine whether we bead blast or aqua blast your components.
Silk Screening

Silk screening

Low volume to full production runs, we can screen print on to a variety of materials including metals, plastics and powder coated surfaces. Your logos/text will be exactly to your specification.
Grinding

Grinding

Precision grinding is used to produce a very fine finish. We have a variety of grinding practices, including belt grinding and bench grinding. The most cost-effective method is selected ensuring a high quality finish every time.

With a wealth of hands-on experience, our skilled engineers use a variety of manual deburring techniques guaranteeing your components are shipped burr free.
Graining

Graining

Your exact surface finish requirement is met using our graining expertise. A directional finish can be achieved by line graining. Grit size and abrasive type is selected based on the required finish.

Sub-contract metal finishing

Working with our trusted sub-contractors, we process a high volume of parts for metal finishing:

  • Passivating
  • Chromate Conversion

Our work supporting the Aerospace and Defence industries means we work closely with several NADCAP approved suppliers.

We directly manage all stages of manufacture including any external sub-contract processes, ensuring lead times are kept to a minimum and only the highest levels of finish are achieved.

All components are subject to rigorous quality checks before being despatched.
