Reporting directly to our Key Account Manager & Sales Team Coordinator, we are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will provide our customers with the best possible service while actively supporting the company’s sales growth.
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment (ideally engineering) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and prioritising your workload, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Customer Support Inbox for all customer communication and action emails accordingly.
- Processing quotations, purchase orders and sales orders, reconciling order books, and sending/gathering customer feedback on quotations.
- Work with Account Managers to provide any additional support as required.
- Maintain and update data inputted into our CRM software.
- Participating in daily production and review meetings with department supervisors.
- Process any RMA requests and follow up accordingly.
- Ensure any delays are communicated to the Account Manager/Customer in a timely manner.
- Ensure any new account enquiries are passed over to the Account Managers to pursue in the timely manner.

- Knowledge of using an MRP system would be a distinct advantage.
