The Manufacturer MX Awards – finalists!

People & Skills: finalists

We’ve been shortlisted as a finalist in the People & Skills category of The Manufacturer MX Awards 2022 – the UK’s largest and most rigorous industry awards programme.

Up against seven other innovative UK manufacturers, we’re delighted to be recognised for having a company culture that promotes learning and openness among our employees regarding their developmental needs.

The second round of the competition included a factory visit with two judges gathering first-hand evidence by speaking to many of our dedicated employees across The Shearline Group, before a Q&A session. We were certainly put through our paces!

The awards ceremony on the 17th November, at the Exhibition Centre in Liverpool, will bring together over 40 of Britain’s top manufacturing companies; the culminating event of Digital Manufacturing Week 2022.

Regardless of the result, we’re thrilled to have made it this far and look forward to sharing the results later in the year.
